Triumph Physical Therapy
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." -Philippians 4:13
MISSION STATEMENT: Triumph Therapy exists to HELP people in need of physical rehabilitative services to achieve a pain-free and independent lifestyle. This is done by professionals committed to excellence in a friendly, personalized, compassionate and Christ-centered atmosphere.
We’re physical, emotional and spiritual human beings and those three things are interwoven together. You can’t have something impact you on a physical level without it in some way, shape or form impacting the others, and vice versa. So looking at the whole person includes the emotional and spiritual support that they may need.
Treatments
Initial Evaluation includes a full, in-depth evaluation and initial treatment. The treatment given depends upon your comfort level and therapeutic needs. Possibilities include joint mobilizations or manipulations, dry needling, dry needling with electrical stimulation, soft tissue massage, cupping, and therapeutic exercise. Additionally, you will likely receive a short home exercise program. The amount of treatment performed during the initial evaluation depends upon the complexity, your tolerance, and personal requests. This session will last approximately one hour.

Dry Needling
Regardless of age, dry needling can be an effective way to improve flexibility, reduce pain, and restore function. If you are feeling sore, tight, or restricted anywhere, you will likely benefit from dry needling.
Cupping
At Triumph Physical Therapy dry cupping is used specifically as a form of soft tissue mobilization by using myofascial decompression to release tissue restrictions in skin and muscle. It is believed to promote local circulation in the cupped area. Benefits include and are not limited to:
Increases blood flow
Improves scar mobility
Decreases trigger points
Releases connective tissue adhesions within the tissues
Speeds up recovery times
Decreases pain
Improves movement quality

Chronic Pain Management
Physical therapy does more than ease and manage discomfort. It can help address why the patient is feeling a particular sensation in the first place and strengthen related muscle groups to improve endurance and range of motion.
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy is a specialized treatment approach that consists of 'hands-on' techniques designed to mobilize joints, muscle, connective tissue, and nerves in order to facilitate healing and restore function. Practitioners use their hands to put pressure on muscle tissue and manipulate joints in an attempt to decrease back pain caused by muscle spasm, muscle tension, and joint dysfunction.

Customized Exercise Programs
A PT can help curate a customized home exercise program to help the patient maintain or improve upon their functional movement goals.
Sports Injury
With all injuries — but particularly sports injuries — we take the time to understand the root of your problem to provide the best and most effective treatment. With cutting-edge equipment and dedicated care, you’ll be taking your first steps towards your recovery.

Kinesio Taping
The Kinesio Taping Method is a therapeutic taping technique which alleviates pain and facilitates lymphatic drainage by microscopically lifting the skin. This lifting affect forms convolutions in the skin increasing interstitial space and allowing for decreased inflammation in affected areas.
